I feel immensely proud to have dedicated over 13 years to working with young people, helping them develop their skills, build confidence, and prepare for future opportunities. I have held various roles within educational settings, and I am very excited to have recently joined The Harbour School, where I will be leading the Personal Development of young people.
I am passionate about working with young people and believe that personal development is the foundation of a strong, resilient, and successful society. When young individuals are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and emotional intelligence, they are better prepared to navigate life’s challenges, make informed decisions, and contribute positively to their communities.
All three core values are closely interconnected and complement each other. Young people grow through learning, which enables them to achieve their personal and academic goals. I believe that every young person should be treated as an individual so that they can fulfil their potential and live a happy, healthy life.
My primary goal is to help each young person grow into a well-rounded individual who can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically, preparing them for success in all areas of life. One challenge will be developing a programme that excites young people so they can see the value in personal development and be motivated to participate actively in the process.
I am incredibly lucky to build relationships with young people and help them transform their self-perception from “I can’t do it” to “I can do it.”
Passion and dedication are key factors in working with young people and addressing their diverse needs.
I am curious about the world; I love travelling and discovering unfamiliar places, cuisines, and landscapes. I also have a desire to learn a third language in the near future.
Thank you Agata!
